A fast-paced retail company in Medina is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for visual merchandising and a keen eye for product placement. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that products are effectively marketed to drive sales. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an enticing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that popular items are always in stock
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and pricing
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Participate in store layout design and execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales (minimum 2 years)
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective product placement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (Indians preferred)
