We are seeking a Tagalog-speaking moderator to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will be a fluent speaker of Tagalog and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content in Tagalog, ensuring that it complies with our company's guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content in Tagalog on our platform
- Review and moderate posts, comments, and messages according to company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Identify potential issues or violations of community standards and escalate them to the appropriate team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog (written and spoken)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proven experience in customer service or moderation is preferred but not required

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is an on-site role in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Relocation assistance may be provided for non-local candidates.
