Finisher

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various products. This will include sanding, staining, painting, and applying other finishing techniques to ensure a high-quality and polished end result. You will work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling cracks and imperfections, and ensuring they are clean and smooth
- Apply stains, paints, varnishes, or other finishing materials using appropriate techniques
- Utilize hand tools and equipment such as brushes, spray guns, or rollers to apply finishes
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finishing or woodworking is preferred
- Ability to understand blueprints and follow specifications for finishing requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and their application methods
- Physical dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Must have valid work visa for Mauren (Indian nationality preferred)

Salary:
1200$ per month (part-time or full-time options available)
