Online Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online platforms. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products or services
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to best assist customers

Requirements:
- Biometric passport preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer service or online support is preferred
