Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Herning, Denmark. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients who may be experiencing computer hardware or software issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Identify and resolve network connectivity issues
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical problems and provide solutions
- Document all support activities in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
