A well-established gardening company in Esbjerg is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens, ensuring they are in pristine condition. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about gardening and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining various plants and flowers
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any potential issues
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Installing irrigation systems
- Keeping garden tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific gardening needs
- Providing recommendations for garden improvements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different plants, flowers, and trees
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as mowers, trimmers, etc.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
