Executive Chef in Randers, Denmark


We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all dishes served
- Control food costs by monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop new dishes and promotions
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations
- Manage purchasing of ingredients and equipment within budgetary constraints

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Knowledge of various international cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, plus tips. We also provide health insurance benefits after 6 months of employment.
