Warehouse Manager

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager for our busy warehouse in Riyadh. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management and be able to effectively lead a team of warehouse staff. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, suitable for men who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship is available. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates.

As the Warehouse Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and logistics
- Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Training and managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Conducting regular audits to identify any areas for improvement or potential issues
- Maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and other business functions
- Developing relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing for supplies
- Analyzing data on warehouse operations to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements

Requirements:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehousing operations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
