Foreign Surveyor in Las Vegas


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Foreign Surveyor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Foreign Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing reports for various projects in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys, using various survey equipment
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports based on survey data collected
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure survey data meets project requirements
- Keep up-to-date with local and national laws, regulations, and best practices related to surveying
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of accurate survey data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Surveyor
- Experience conducting land surveys in Las Vegas is preferred
- Proficiency in using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software for drafting survey plans
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for travel purposes

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.
