Personal Trainer (Part-Time)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and coaching sessions to clients in order to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. This is a part-time position that requires a high level of energy and passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, health history, and current fitness level
- Develop customized workout plans based on clients' needs, preferences, and abilities
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients during workouts to ensure they are performing at their best
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and other factors that can impact overall health and fitness
- Maintain knowledge of current fitness trends, research, and certifications in order to continuously improve training methods
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- High level of energy, enthusiasm for fitness, and ability to lead by example
- Previous experience is not required but is considered a plus
Compensation: Salary for this position is $1500 per month for part-time hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on availability of both the trainer and clients.
