Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Braga. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems and networks. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience while working part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment when needed
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work part-time hours

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on experience)
