English Teacher


As an English Teacher at our school in Roskilde, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and levels. You will use your creativity and passion for teaching to develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments that meet the needs of each individual student. You will also provide feedback and support to help students improve their language skills. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about teaching, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to make a positive impact on young minds. A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred, but not required. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Note: This job is open to candidates with or without experience. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Roskilde or be willing to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students of various ages and levels.
- Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments that cater to the individual needs of each student.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers to share ideas and resources.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and cultural awareness.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress.
- Participate in school events and meetings as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Ability to adapt lessons based on students' needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
