Architectural Technologist - Ufa


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will work closely with the project architect and other team members to ensure that designs meet all applicable codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as excellent technical drawing skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and accommodation provided. English proficiency is not required, making this an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project architect to develop architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits and assist in site analysis
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance
- Prepare material lists, cost estimates, and construction schedules
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed technical drawings
- Ensure that designs meet client requirements and budget limitations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
