Architectural Technologist - Contract Position
Location: Ufa, Russia



We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist for a contract position in Ufa, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the planning, design, and construction of architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed architectural plans for construction projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that construction is in compliance with plans
- Review building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure project compliance
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor required for construction projects
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English
