Junior Accountant – Karachi, Pakistan

We are a leading accounting firm in Karachi, Pakistan and we are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role and be familiar with local tax laws and regulations. This position offers a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
- Recording and maintaining accurate financial records
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Preparing tax returns and assisting with tax planning strategies
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Providing support to senior accountants as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
