Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
City: Porto, Portugal



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operations of our company. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who have experience in administrative work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Support the organization of meetings and events
- Assist with document preparation and proofreading
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a plus

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate should be able to work 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
