Interpreter (Japanese-English) in Osaka, Japan


We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Japanese-English Interpreter to join our team in Osaka, Japan. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services for business meetings, conferences, and other events.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken communication between Japanese and English speakers
- Provide accurate translations of written documents
- Assist with cultural and linguistic understanding during meetings and events
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Research unfamiliar terminology or concepts to ensure accuracy in interpretation

Requirements:
- Native fluency in both Japanese and English languages
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an interpreter or translator
- Strong knowledge of business etiquette and customs in both Japanese and English cultures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for events and meetings
- Bachelor's degree in translation, language studies, or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Osaka, Japan. While we may consider remote work arrangements for highly experienced candidates, preference will be given to those who are able to work on-site.
