Responsibilities:

- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress and provide guidance
- Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills preferred but not required)
