Teamlead - Wiltz, Luxembourg


As a Teamlead in our company, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve our business goals. You will be based in Wiltz, Luxembourg and will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position is open to both Filipinos and foreigners who are fluent in English and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure they meet their targets and objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless operations
- Develop strategies to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct training sessions for new team members, as well as ongoing training for current members
- Handle any escalated customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Create and maintain reports on team performance and present them to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in meeting targets and objectives within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams
- Availability to work part-time hours without accommodation
