Entry Level Baker

Our bakery in Jizan is seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in a professional bakery setting. As an Entry Level Baker, you will assist our experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other goods. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist bakers in preparing ingredients and following recipes accurately
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough for various baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and bake times
- Decorate and finish baked goods as directed by senior bakers
- Clean work area and equipment after each shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and eagerness to learn new techniques
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
