As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Khasab. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and memorable experience while dining at our establishment. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1800$, catering to Malayalee individuals who are fluent in English and possess prior experience in restaurant management.

In this role, you will be expected to lead and motivate a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other support staff. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must also possess strong leadership abilities and be able to make quick decisions under pressure. Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is mandatory for this role. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates with a biometric passport allowing them to work in Khasab.
