Indian Restaurant Manager in Khasab
Our restaurant in Khasab is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of Indian cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving any issues or complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Train staff on proper food handling procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and update menus to reflect seasonal changes or new dishes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and profit/loss analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation included.
