Indian Concierge in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Indian Concierge to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without experience, as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Arrange reservations for dining, tours, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious behavior or incidents

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (non-natives may also apply)
- Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language; basic English proficiency required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Beer-Sheva and its surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Benefits:
