The ideal candidate should have experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Must have valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary

Preferred:
- Experience in construction or similar field
- Knowledge of safety regulations for heavy equipment operation
- Experience working with GPS systems
- Fluency in Urdu
