We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategies to increase company revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the industry
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events
