Construction Manager - Jerusalem



We are in search of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our projects in Jerusalem. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources; ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations; and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential. Fluent English is required, while knowledge of Arabic or Hebrew would be an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also necessary.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own visa and housing arrangements in place.
