Finisher

The Finisher will be responsible for applying the final touches to various products in order to ensure their quality and appearance. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is based in Akron, but candidates from other locations are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Apply final finishes such as paint, varnish, or polish
- Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect flaws or imperfections
- Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physical dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, Canada (open to candidates from other locations)
