Administrator
We are hiring an Administrator to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, with excellent organizational and communication skills. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle all incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
- Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1300$
Location: Karachi (accommodation not provided)
Visa: Own visa preferred
