Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Karachi. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and organizing paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and meetings for company executives
- Manage emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries or forwarding messages to the appropriate person
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
- Keep track of office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
