As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales and profits for our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, as well as monitoring inventory levels and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions. This position requires experience in the retail industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Aarhus, with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays that effectively showcase our brand
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement or promotions
- Communicate with store managers and staff to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and availability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales and brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and visual display principles is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
