Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Randers. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase bookings for our hotel. Your main goal will be to promote and sell our hotel services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Monitor competitors' rates, services, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an asset
