Commercial Architect

A reputable architecture firm in Odense is seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and time constraints. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, strong design skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software. Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Develop design concepts that align with client's vision
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other software
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the project timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
