Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Experience with database design and implementation
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data integrity and security across all databases
- Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures for applications
- Optimize query performance by analyzing query plans and making necessary adjustments
- Develop scripts for automating regular tasks such as backups and maintenance activities
- Implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures
