Architecture Manager

As the Architecture Manager for our company in Vilnius, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and other professionals in the design and execution of projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with project deliverables
- Oversee all phases of project development from concept to construction
- Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of design principles and building codes/regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop or other design software
- Experience working with clients from different cultural backgrounds is preferred

Salary: $1600 monthly (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position in Vilnius. The successful candidate must have their own valid work visa.
