Hotel Sales Manager (Filipino Preferred)


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful sales in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agents, and corporate clients
- Create promotional offers and packages to attract new business
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the local market and competition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Requirements:
- Fluency in Filipino language
- Experience working with international clients
- Previous experience working in Bungoma

Salary: $1600 per month
