Administrative Assistant
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, invoices, and expense reports
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Monitor office expenses and handle vendor relations
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
