Contract Collector - Osijek, Croatia



We are in search of a skilled Contract Collector to join our dynamic team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. Your main duties will include contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong attention to detail and good organizational skills are also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone, email or mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Monitoring payment schedules and ensuring timely payments from debtors
- Identifying delinquent accounts and taking necessary actions to collect unpaid debts
- Collaborating with legal teams or agencies when necessary
- Providing regular updates on debt collection activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Proven experience as a Collector or similar role
- Knowledge of legal regulations regarding debt collection
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
