We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. This is an urgent job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to customer requests and specifications
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers and other materials needed for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and cared for
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and preferences
- Offer creative suggestions to clients to enhance their vision for floral designs
- Set up and decorate event spaces with floral arrangements as requested by clients
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Oversee the care and maintenance of plants in the shop or event space

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Florist in a professional setting
- In-depth knowledge of various types of flowers, foliage, and plants
- Strong design skills with the ability to create unique arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with floral design software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
