Executive Pastry Chef

We are a renowned bakery located in Ar Rumaythiyah, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef. As a leader in our pastry department, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the production of our delectable pastries, cakes, and other dessert items. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented pastry chef to showcase their skills and creativity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes
- Oversee the production of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Train and manage pastry team members
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all pastry products
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique pastry recipes
- Knowledge of current food trends and techniques
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills

Salary: $900 per month
