Merchandiser Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will oversee the merchandising operations for our company, ensuring that products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of merchandisers to ensure they adhere to company standards and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product displays, pricing, and overall store appearance
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective visual merchandising strategies
- Maintain inventory levels and provide accurate reports to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Merchandiser Supervisor in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
