Senior Architect



We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Wiltz. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of complex architectural projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans that meet their needs and budget
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or other software tools
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and address any issues or changes that may arise
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects or interns on the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs are compliant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
