We are hiring a skilled Roofer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing roofs on various types of buildings, including residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and is comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Repair and install roofs on various types of buildings
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific roof dimensions
- Install waterproof barriers and insulation layers
- Use tools such as hammers, nail guns, drills, and saws to complete roofing tasks
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights
- Communicate with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide recommendations
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience in roofing preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Good communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
