We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions
- Train new sales representatives on products, services, and selling techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research methods and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
