Sales Manager - Kolding, Denmark
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sales industry and a proven track record of achieving targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, based in Kolding, Denmark.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
