Nepali Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali Chef to join our team in Nizwa. As a Nepali Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Nepali dishes for our customers. You must have a strong knowledge of traditional Nepali cuisine and be able to create new and innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of the cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Nepali dishes according to our menu
- Create new and innovative dishes while staying true to the flavors of Nepal
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meets our standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef, preferably in a Nepali restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Nepali cuisine
- Strong creativity and ability to create new dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1600$
Location: Nizwa, Oman (Nepali nationality preferred)
