Architectural Technologist - Dickirch, Luxembourg



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of architectural design, providing support to architects and designers. You will work closely with project teams to develop project plans, construction documents and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist architects and designers with the development of project plans and construction documents
- Create detailed 3D models using specialized software
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phase
- Communicate with clients, contractors and consultants as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Luxembourg is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation:
Salary for this position is 1600$. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation time and opportunities for professional development.
