We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Nakuru. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman duties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure safety standards are met for all work performed
- Coordinate with contractors for larger repair projects
- Keep inventory of necessary tools and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other handyman tasks
- Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and other team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor as needed
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Experience working in a rental property setting
- Knowledge of local building codes
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Nakuru (accommodation provided if needed)
Language Requirements: English fluency required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
