IT Manager


As an IT Manager in our Copenhagen-based company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware and software, and making strategic decisions to improve our technological capabilities. We are looking for an experienced individual who is able to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and implement technology policies and procedures
- Ensure data security and protection measures are in place
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols
- Experience with project management principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Experience working with biometric passport systems
- Knowledge of urgent job processes

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Location: Copenhagen (open to all nationalities)
