Foreign Language Moderator


We are currently seeking a skilled Foreign Language Moderator to join our team in Acre. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content in a specific foreign language, ensuring it meets our company's guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content in the assigned foreign language, including text, images, and videos.
- Review content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with company policies.
- Take appropriate actions on flagged content, such as removing or editing it.
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation.
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency in content moderation decisions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in community standards.
- Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and guidelines.

Requirements:
- Fluent proficiency in the assigned foreign language (preferably Pakistani).
- Good understanding of cultural sensitivities and nuances in the assigned language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. The exact amount will depend on your qualifications and experience.

Location:
This job is based in Acre but we are open to considering remote candidates if they meet all other requirements.
