Land Surveyor
Our company is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Balzers. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on various land development projects, including construction sites, highways, and residential developments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Interpret data and prepare detailed reports of survey findings
- Create accurate maps, plans, and charts using survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Provide guidance to junior surveyors and technicians on surveying techniques
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Keep detailed records of all survey work performed
- Analyze and solve any issues that may arise during the survey process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Experience with GPS, total stations, and laser scanners preferred
- Strong understanding of land development processes and regulations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided.
Location:
This position is based in Balzers but may require occasional travel to different project sites within the country.
